Rather than detail each USP of the software itself (please contact us for more information on this) let’s focus on what drives our development at BundleCorp:
1) a genuine understanding of our users’ problems; and
2) real innovation to solve these problems. From the clickable prototype to the most recent update, our software has been designed and tested by paralegals, junior lawyers and lawyers with years of experience in litigation and arbitration.
When we say “no more workarounds” we mean it: this is a tailor-made solution, specifically designed for the dispute resolution process from the first modal that creates the index header, to the final button that timestamps a newly supplemented bundle.
At every stage of the process we have thought about what your team needs when creating, publishing, managing and crucially, using the bundle in a hearing or trial.Also, we understand what parts of lawyers’ workflow could be improved upon; where the bottle-necks and the inefficiencies are. We know how much time is spent on what is essentially document management all through the life of a case. We understand the pressures of billing clients (who are increasingly cost savvy) and how this leads to hard write-offs as well significant “soft costs” that can never be recovered. That’s how we created software that doesn’t just do what other tools do, it provides a solution to all of these problems.

Yes, it does. We are incredibly proud of the proprietary cross-referencing technology in our software, which is based on a machine learning algorithm, or what we now call ‘traditional AI’. We could describe this as the dependable, tried-and-tested, low risk AI.
BundleCorp does not incorporate generative AI for a very simple reason: it isn’t useful to us. Rather than incorporate a tool that has very limited functionality in bundling, and which (according to testers) is surplus to requirements, we have focused on providing a real solution to the real problem that lawyers are experiencing.
Having said that, BundleCorp is constantly developing, and we will remain faithful to our users’ needs and feedback whatever those might be.

Whatever you need!
One of our priorities when designing the software was that the features and UX should be as user-friendly as possible. We wanted to disrupt how we do this work, but in a way that is fairly intuitive. Our users say that we have done that, and that transitioning to BundleCorp is easy. Still, as part of the onboarding process BundleCorp provides training sessions, and access to video tutorials.
Each client has a relationship manager, who will remain on hand for anything you need. We have a first-class development team based in the UK, and provide both first- and second-line support in the unlikely event of technical issues.
